Tuesday Evening Social Join us for an enchanting Adventures in Wonderland-themed evening social. Step away from the everyday and into a whimsical world filled with laughter, light bites, and meaningful connections with others involved in home health and hospice.
** Whimsical attire or a mad hat is welcome—but not required! ** An Invitation to Lunch! We hope you will plan to join us for Wednesday’s luncheon. Not only will you have one more opportunity to visit with attendees over a tasty meal, but we will also have our door prize giveaway and the presentation of awards. It’s a special time for all in attendance.
This latest addition to our Annual Conference will provide a dedicated time for providers to share their challenges and their successes with other providers. We will offer 5-6 different roundtables on different topics, with a facilitator at each table. Participants will pick three topics, spending 20 minutes at each. As a business partner, we acknowledge that your participation at our roundtables could be beneficial to you and our providers, so we invite you to attend! All exhibitors will be emailed a list of participants one week prior to the Annual Conference. Watch your e-mail for your copy.
KHCHA will be utilizing a mobile conference app (Yapp) to share information and communicate with our participants. As a sponsor/exhibitor, your company profile will be included in this app. In early September, watch for more information on accessing the app and viewing your listing. Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the conference being held? Our conference will be held at the Wichita Marriott, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive, Wichita, Kansas.
Wichita Marriott - Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association The Wichita Marriott, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive Wichita, Kansas, 67207, has reserved a block of rooms at the special KHCHA rate of $130 per night (taxes and fees not included). Reservations through our room block must be received on or by 11:59 pm, Tuesday, August 25, 2026. If the cutoff date is not met, or if you choose to book at a different rate, the group benefits will not be extended to you. Reservations can be made ONLINE or by calling the hotel directly at 316-651-0333. Remember to mention the Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association Annual Conference when reserving your room(s) by phone. For cancellation info/deadlines, please refer to your confirmation email after booking, or reach out to the hotel directly. Where can I ship my display materials? If you have particular display needs, including electrical, please inform Kristen at kada@kshomecare.org or 785-478-3640 at least two weeks prior to the conference.
You will be provided with a 6’ x 30” draped table in the exhibit hallway. Space behind and between exhibit booths will be minimal.
KHCHA does not make booth assignments until two weeks prior to the conference. You may contact Kristen at 785-478-3640 or kada@kshomecare.org at a later date to receive your number.
When you arrive, use the conference center entrance. The pre-convene area has been designated as the exhibit hall this year. Conference booths are assigned approximately 2 weeks prior to the Annual Conference. Signs showing your company name will point out your assigned booth. At your booth, you will find your nametags and additional reminders for the conference.
Official set-up time will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. We encourage you to have your table set up by 2:15 p.m. Designated exhibition time will continue until 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday and resume at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday (See the attached exhibit schedule for more information.) We caution you that due to the minimal security provided by the hotel, you will not want to leave items of value out overnight.
Exhibition tables may be dismantled after lunch on Wednesday. Exhibitors’ activities conclude with our door prize giveaway during lunch that begins at noon. Please join the fun by sticking around! (See the exhibit schedule below for more information.)
Exhibitors will be admitted to the workshops as observers only. If you desire CNE credits, you will need to register for individual workshops in advance. Full workshop details and registration information is available on the KHCHA website, www.kshomecare.org/annual-meeting.
Exhibiting business partners receive up to three complimentary luncheon tickets for Wednesday for registered company representatives. Additional tickets are available for purchase. If you indicated on your registration form that you plan to use your complimentary tickets and/or purchased additional tickets, your ticket(s) will be provided at your booth at the conference. If you did not already request luncheon tickets and would like to do so, tickets may still be reserved by contacting Kristen at 785-478-3640 or kada@kshomecare.org. However, as an accurate count is necessary to guarantee food and seating, you must reserve your tickets by Tuesday, September 2.
The door prize giveaway will take place during the luncheon that begins at noon on Wednesday. We’ve seen all kinds of prizes given – gift baskets, exhibitor products, gift cards… prizes need not be elaborate – even small items are lots of fun! Please make plans to collect names/business cards at your booth for your door prize.
