VBP "Track" Shift Ahead – How to avoid derailing your agency!

Description

Changes to the expanded HHVBP for 2025 have the potential to increase or decrease your reimbursement by 5% on down the line. In this session, we will discuss the changes to the HHVBP for this upcoming year that your agency needs to prepare for now. PDGM and VBP have shared track that agencies must successfully navigate to ensure payment right now and future payment doesn't derail the agency's financial performance. This session will also cover areas of overlap as well as key areas to focus operationally for both VBP and PDGM. The final leg of this journey will cover operational strategies to help keep your organization traveling full steam ahead before we pull into the end of session depot.
