Description
This course will review the changes in the home health landscape and how this affects retention, productivity, and compensation. We will discuss the pros and cons of the differing compensation models and how these fit into the post pandemic employment market.

Pam, a Home
Health veteran since 2011 and has been in accounting for over 30 years. She received her accounting degree from the
University of Kansas in 1992. She is an
expert in Home Health payroll and productivity and has implemented a pay per
visit system for a Home Health Agency.
Additionally, she has had many payroll clients from different industries
since 1995 in her private practice.
As a
self-made expert in Home Health Compliance and the CMS Conditions of
Participation, Pam serves on
the NAHC Finance Committee, on various HHFMA committees, and acts as a NAHC
Mentor.
Her
recently co-authored white paper – “Unveiling
the Core Ingredients for Fostering Women's Pathways to Leadership” can be found
on the NAHC website.
Pam’s
greatest accomplishment is her marriage of 33 years to Stu, who takes very good
care of her. She has two grown children,
Tyler and Mikaila, also great accomplishments, 3 dogs and 2 cats.

Continuing Education
Kansas Home Care & Hospice Association is approved as a provider of CNE by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. This course offering is approved for 1.2 contact hours applicable for APRN, RN, or LPN relicensure. Kansas State Board of Nursing provider number: LT0287-0314.
