3 WAYS to REGISTER:
  1. E-mail -- simply complete both pages of the PDF registration form and click "submit" at the top or on page 1. An invoice will be sent by e-mail. Credit cards cannot be accepted.

  2. Mail -- complete both pages of the registration form and mail with payment to KHCA, P.O. Box 750023, Topeka, KS  66675.

  3. Fax -- complete and fax both pages of the form to 785/286-1835. An invoice will be sent by e-mail. Credit cards cannot be accepted.

Hotel Information:

The Marriott Hotel, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive, Wichita, Kansas, has reserved a block of rooms at the special KHCA rate of $102 per night (single and double, tax not included).  The room block will be held until September 8, 2014, so be sure to make your reservations by that date.  For on-line reservations, click here, then simply verify the date of arrival and departure and click on “Check Availability” to start the reservation process.  Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel directly at 316/651-0333.  Remember to mention the Kansas Home Care Association Annual Meeting when reserving your room(s) by phone.
